Our service
PARKING
Parking is free for all guests in subject to avaliability, cannot be pre-booked.
Charging for electric car is available for SEK 300, cannot be pre-booked.
BAR
The Bar Finkan is located beside our restaurant. Wine and beer can be purchased at the reception when the bar is closed.
BEACH
Public beach located about 50 meters from the hotel entrance. The beach is not manned by lifeguards.
BIKE
During the summer months, you can rent a bike from us for a whole day or a few hours. Contact the hotel reception for options and booking.
CAFE
Coffee, beverages and snacks can be bought at the hotel reception.
CHECK-OUT
In a hurry and want to check out quickly? If everything additionally is paid for you can easily check out by leaving your key in the black mailbox at the reception.

GARBAGE
We are grateful if you sort rubbish so that it can be recycled properly. Bins are located in the hotel rooms, the hotel corridor and in the recycling room on each floor.

The closest emergency room is Södersjukhuset, the hospital at Södermalm. Contact the reception for assistance. In case of emergency dial Swedens emergency number 112.

Located at Långholmsgatan, nearby the subway station Hornstull. Aspirin and band aids are available at the hotel reception.

At our hotel reception you can buy tickets valid for travel with Stockholm Public Transport ”SL”. You can buy travelcards as well as preloaded SL Acces smart cards.

Hornstull
The nearest neighborhood center is located 1 kilometer from the hotel. Here you will find shops, service, restaurants, metro station and buses. Read more

The old town
The original city with charming cobbled streets and buildings from the 1700s and 1800s. From Långholmen you can take a walk along the boardwalk of Södermalm in about 30 minutes to the old town or take the subway.
Stockholm City Center
The easiest way to go to the city center is by subway. Just walk up the Hornstull subway stations and you are in the heart of Stockholm in a matter of minutes.
The island Djurgården
Full of museums and attractions the beautiful island is a popular destination. Go there by tram or bus from the city center or take a small ferry from the old town.

Visit the museum
Visit the Långholmen Prison Museum located in the hotel. Free entrance for hotel guests.
Walk or run around the island
Take a small excursion on the island on winding park roads along Lake Mälaren. It´s about 3 kilometer around the whole island if you follow the waterline.
Historical sights
There are many historical sites on Långholmen. A map can be purchased at the hotel reception.
Take a swim in Lake Mälaren
Just by the hotel there is a small beach. Take a morning swim or cool off after a walk around town.
Rent a bike
At the hotel reception you can rent a bike for a whole day or a few hours. Available during the summer months.
Go kayaking
See the city from the water. Rent a kayak during the summer by the bridge to Långholmen and paddle out on Lake Mälaren.
Play boules
In our courtyard from the 19th century, where the prisoners previously got a breath of fresh air, you can play boules, socialize and have something good to eat and drink. As a hotel guest you can borrow boule balls for free at the reception, subject to availability.
